Revenue intelligence software combines opportunity, activity and conversation data to support pipeline inspection, deal analysis and forecasting. Some products provide a forecast rollup; others supply context or attribution without forecasting the quarter. CRM platforms can also provide native forecasting and integrated conversation intelligence.

Quick answer

  • Conversation-led forecasting: Gong Forecast - quote-based per-user licensing and platform fee.
  • Published add-on pricing: Avoma - $19/seat/month annual base plus $29 Revenue Intelligence add-on, approximately $48 for an eligible combined seat; confirm licensing requirements.
  • CRM-native forecasting: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, HubSpot and Zoho offer public edition pricing, with advanced capabilities dependent on tier.

How these tools were evaluated

This documentation comparison covers 12 selected platforms: nine forecasting or revenue intelligence options and three adjacent tools. ZoomInfo Copilot and 6sense provide sales intelligence; Captello provides event attribution. They can inform revenue decisions but should not be compared as interchangeable forecast engines.

The comparison considers public pricing, forecast rollups, risk signals, conversation data, CRM integration, validation evidence and implementation requirements. It is not a controlled accuracy benchmark. A failed URL does not establish closure, and excluding a product is not proof it is unavailable.

BoostUp and Terret are covered once as a product lineage, not counted as separate candidates. Clari Forecast and Inspect retain recognizable product names within the combined Salesloft organization; verify modules and migration terms. Vdoo was an IoT/security company acquired by JFrog in July 2021, not a failed revenue forecasting vendor, and has no role in this shortlist. Peoplevox is a warehouse-management product, not a forecasting platform that recently pivoted.

Prices are based on official material reviewed for this correction. Confirm region, billing commitment, seat minimums, onboarding, data credits and module entitlements before purchase. Vendor accuracy and customer-outcome claims require a stated baseline and evaluation design.

The 12 platforms, reviewed

Gong Forecast

Gong Forecast is a revenue forecasting and deal intelligence platform that layers call, email and meeting analysis on top of your CRM to score deals and project the quarter.

Gong started as a call recorder, and the forecasting product inherits that DNA. Its forecast pages sit inside the same platform as Gong Engage, Gong Enable and the Revenue Graph, which means the conversation data is already there - you’re not waiting on a separate integration to pull transcripts in.

The differentiator is how signals reach the forecast. Gong describes Insight layers that surface deal risk from actual conversation content rather than only from CRM stage fields. For pipeline analysis, that means you can ask why a deal is slipping and get an answer grounded in what was said on the call, not just a rep’s stale probability percentage.

Pricing is the catch. Gong’s pricing page as of October 10, 2026 shows licensing priced per user with a platform fee scaled to user count, and does not publish list prices. You will need a demo to get a number.

Honest limitation: with no published pricing and an enterprise-shaped sales motion, you cannot build a business case before a rep calls you. If you need a defensible number in a spreadsheet this quarter, that’s a real friction point.

Salesloft (Clari Forecast and Inspect)

The combined Salesloft organization offers Clari Forecast and Clari Inspect alongside engagement and conversation workflows. The company combination does not mean every Clari product has been renamed or every module is included in one license.

Official forecasting and inspection pages describe projection and deal-review capabilities. Pricing requires a sales quote.

Ask which modules the offer includes, how existing Clari or Salesloft contracts migrate, what data integrations are required and which roadmap commitments are contractual. Corporate integration alone does not establish product integration or accuracy.

ZoomInfo Copilot - adjacent sales intelligence

ZoomInfo Copilot supports sellers with contact, company and buying signals. This is adjacent sales intelligence, not a like-for-like substitute for an enterprise forecast rollup.

ZoomInfo pricing uses licensed packages and features, with integrations and data credits affecting the offer. Credits can apply to data access or exports; this does not mean every Copilot interaction consumes a credit or that licensing is purely consumption-based.

Request the user licenses, included features, data/export allowances, integrations and overage rules in the quote. Compare it against other data and prospecting products, then assess how those signals feed the forecasting workflow.

6sense Sales Intelligence - adjacent sales intelligence

6sense Sales Intelligence is a B2B predictive selling platform that identifies which accounts are in-market and ready to buy, then pushes that context into sellers’ existing workflows.

Forecasting is not 6sense’s primary job - deal prioritization is. That is worth being clear about. 6sense’s predictive model reads external buying signals to tell you which accounts are moving and at what stage, which feeds pipeline quality upstream rather than forecasting the quarter directly.

The 6sense sales pricing page presents the offer in bundle form with no dollar amounts. Their sales platform page carries useful scale figures - over a trillion data points captured daily, 500B+ intent signals analyzed monthly, and 750M+ B2B buyer profiles - and states the predictive model has been trained on over a decade of buying behaviour.

6sense was named a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Revenue Marketing Platforms for B2B, Q1 2026, which is vendor-disclosed but reflects an independent analyst process.

Honest limitation: if your problem is forecast accuracy on existing pipeline rather than finding better accounts, this is the wrong purchase. You are buying signal generation, not a forecasting engine.

Salesforce Sales Cloud

Salesforce offers CRM-native pipeline and forecasting capabilities with edition-dependent access. Its public pricing lists Free Suite and paid editions at $25, $100, $195, $395 and $550 per user/month. Billing commitments and the included forecasting and intelligence features differ by edition.

Agentforce pricing has multiple structures, including Flex Credits, conversations and user-based offers. These are not automatic cumulative surcharges on every Sales Cloud subscription; higher editions may include entitlements or bundles. Confirm the exact agent use case, included credits and overage model.

Native opportunity data can simplify integration, but external activity systems, permissions and data refresh still matter. Budget the actual edition, modules, implementation and usage rather than adding every advertised price together.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales

Dynamics 365 Sales publishes US list prices: Professional $65, Enterprise $105 and Premium $150 per user/month, paid yearly. The official pricing page also offers a free trial; it is not a quote-only product.

Premium includes advanced Sales Insights and 1,000 Copilot Credits. This does not mean every edition includes the same predictive forecasting or agent functionality. Compare the feature matrix and additional credit terms for the planned workflow.

Copilot documentation describes summaries and sales assistance within the signed-in user’s permitted data. Review permissions, integration and advanced feature eligibility before projecting value from the base Professional price.

HubSpot Sales Hub

HubSpot provides CRM-native forecasting in Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise, not its free tools or low-cost Starter tier. The forecasting page and feature matrix establish the relevant upgrade path.

Public pricing depends on billing term, currency, promotions and seat configuration. Starter pricing is not the entry cost for advanced forecasting. Confirm the current Professional or Enterprise rate, seat requirements and onboarding costs.

Vendor customer-outcome figures are not controlled evidence of forecast accuracy. Assess the forecast workflow with your data and compare the complete upgrade cost against other options.

Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is a full CRM whose Forecasting Framework gives you pipeline splits, adjustable targets and historical analysis for remarkably little money.

Zoho’s forecasting page describes a genuine forecasting framework rather than a dashboard: top-down hierarchical and bottom-up per-rep views, fiscal-period flexibility for monthly, quarterly or annual targets, and pipeline splits into Committed, Best Case and Open Deals.

Pricing as of October 10, 2026, from the Zoho CRM pricing page: Free $0, Standard $14, Professional $23 and Enterprise $40 per user/month on annual billing. Bigin and broader bundles are separate offers, not equivalent Zoho CRM forecasting tiers. A 15-day free trial is offered with no credit card required.

Honest limitation: Conventional forecast rollups and targets should be distinguished from Zia’s advanced forecasting, prediction and recommendations. Check both ordinary Forecasting Framework access and each Zia capability against the edition matrix; an inexpensive CRM seat does not imply every AI feature is included.

Revenue.io

Revenue.io is a Salesforce-native revenue platform whose Orchestrate tier bundles AI deal scoring, conversation intelligence and pipeline intelligence into one Salesforce-centred stack.

Revenue.io is refreshingly honest about its scope. Its pricing page states it is built for Salesforce sales teams of 15 or more seats, and publishes a full feature comparison across three tiers - Activate, Engage and Orchestrate - with checkmarks showing exactly which capability lands in which plan.

Engage already includes conversation intelligence such as transcription, talk metrics, sentiment and summaries. Orchestrate adds advanced deal health, AI scorecards, forecasting and pipeline intelligence. Confirm the current feature matrix: Engage should not be described as having no conversation intelligence.

Pricing is seat-based and quoted on a demo call; no list price is published.

Honest limitation: it is Salesforce-only. If you’re on Dynamics, HubSpot or Zoho, this is off the table entirely - which is the trade for the depth it does offer inside one CRM.

Avoma

Avoma publishes separate base and Revenue Intelligence add-on prices. Its pricing page lists an annual base plan from $19/seat/month and Revenue Intelligence at $29/seat/month. For an eligible seat requiring both, the combined headline cost is approximately $48/month, before any other required tier or feature.

The 14-day trial provides the Organization plan with all add-ons enabled, without a card. The $29 add-on is not a complete standalone subscription price. Confirm which users need recorder, revenue or other paid licenses and which viewer roles remain free.

Evaluate the forecast and deal workflows directly rather than assuming a lower price proves that a predictive forecasting feature is absent or that it is equivalent to an enterprise platform.

Terret (formerly BoostUp)

Terret is a revenue enablement platform combining AI forecasting with manager-facing coaching, and it absorbed the BoostUp brand during 2026.

The manager angle is genuinely differentiating. Terret’s forecasting page positions forecast visibility as a coaching tool for sales managers, not a boardroom dashboard - showing reps where they stand and what to change, rather than just showing leadership a number. Manager Assist is the hook.

Its pricing page does not publish list rates; the product is sold through demos. Note the brand history: if you see BoostUp in older evaluations, it is the same product under the older name, and if you see a legacy BoostUp contract, the entity has changed.

Honest limitation: two things to watch. The rebrand means contract and renewal entities may differ from what you remember, and the manager-coaching focus is a weaker answer for organisations whose real problem is unreliable data in the CRM rather than weak coaching habits.

Captello - adjacent event attribution

Captello is event and field marketing revenue intelligence software that ties event spend to pipeline outcomes at both macro and individual-record level.

Captello occupies a niche the big platforms don’t. It launched Event Revenue Intelligence with the explicit promise of making event spend auditable from the macro level down to every individual lead and meeting - which is a different question from “what will close this quarter.”

Pricing is not published and the product is demo-led.

Honest limitation: this is a specialist tool for event and field marketing teams. If you run field marketing at all, the attribution angle is compelling. If you don’t, it’s noise, and it will not function as a general-purpose sales forecasting platform.

Should you buy a point solution or a CRM add-on?

Compare the required workflow and data sources before choosing the architecture. CRM-native tools can simplify opportunity rollups, permissions and reporting. They may also provide native or integrated conversation intelligence, including evidence about stakeholders and objections.

Specialist tools can add deeper recording, coaching, engagement signals and forecast inspection. Their benefit depends on integration quality, signal coverage, licensing and adoption. Neither architecture automatically fixes poor CRM data or optimistic rep forecasts.

Pilot the same use cases in both: missing next steps, stale stages, stakeholder changes and forecast rollups. Confirm which capabilities are currently shipped and which depend on modules or roadmap commitments.

What actually moves forecast accuracy

Data quality, sales process, historical coverage and modeling can all affect forecast accuracy. Their relative contributions cannot be ranked universally from vendor case studies. A percentage improvement needs its baseline, forecast horizon, cohort, error measure and evaluation period.

Define stage criteria and inspect deals regularly. Reconcile CRM and specialist outputs, record overrides and check stale fields or missing activity. Then backtest on your own historical opportunities using information available at the forecast date, rather than later outcomes leaked into the model.

Compare against a stage-weighted baseline and existing manager forecasts. Assess timing error, amount error and performance by segment. Repeat on a forward-looking pilot before claiming improvement. Algorithms can add value, but operational discipline and valid evaluation remain necessary.

Can AI predict which deals will close?

Models can estimate outcomes and flag risk from observed signals; their usefulness depends on data and validation. Historical patterns, stakeholder activity, elapsed stage time and conversation evidence can support a forecast. Unobserved budget changes, reorganizations and market shifts limit what those signals can show.

There is no universal minimum of a few hundred closed deals below which every model is useless. Relevant sample size depends on segmentation, model complexity, vendor training data and the decision being made. Novel sales cycles and market shifts deserve particular scrutiny.

Require evidence that the model improves the forecast or prioritization decision over the existing baseline. A risk flag can guide inspection without being a reliable probability for a board forecast.

The data hygiene precondition

Check data completeness and refresh before relying on revenue intelligence. Ask how missing fields, conflicting sources, permission restrictions and late stage changes affect outputs. Use your imperfect data in the pilot rather than assuming every demo dataset is clean.

  • Read versus write: read-only tools can stay current through frequent synchronization. Write-back controls where actions are recorded; it is not the only way to keep a dashboard fresh. Check latency and failure recovery.
  • Conversation coverage: inspect which calls, emails and meetings are captured and whether missing data is systematic. No universal 70–80% recording threshold establishes validity.
  • Ownership: assign responsibility for field definitions, reconciliation, consent and recording configuration. Product automation does not resolve inconsistent stage meaning by itself.

Who should delay a purchase?

Delay implementation if the core CRM is unstable, nobody owns data quality or there is no decision the additional signals will improve. Small teams and short sales cycles may find native reports and periodic reviews sufficient, but fewer than five reps or deals under $5,000 are not universal exclusions.

Compare expected error reduction and time savings with the complete licensing and implementation cost. Teams with repeatable, high-volume transactions may still benefit even when individual deal values are low. Event attribution and sales intelligence should be justified against their own tasks, not forecast accuracy.

The verdict

Seven of the 12 offers here require a quote, while five publish relevant prices. Public entry prices still need feature and billing qualification. The shortlist spans forecasting, sales intelligence and event attribution; choose the category that addresses the actual problem.

Establish a baseline, fix known data issues and pilot the relevant workflow on real opportunities. Buy when the result improves a decision enough to justify the full cost, with documented limitations and an owner for ongoing validation.
